I wuz wondering if you could use this for farmin trolls or ettins (solo)

blood magic 3+2

Tainted flesh {E}
Vampiric touch

Zealots fire
Balth aura
balth spirit
holy strike
Blood renewal

Wep: i guess a totem axe and Hamlen's artifact

basically u keep ur energy up wth balth spirit and use AoE for hitting mobs, the tainted flesh is for causing a disease to the attackers and they spread it. im not sure if ur hp will stay up as there are usually a lot of them around so 2 radients (1 on shirt and 1 on pants) and 3 survivor insignas may hlp

Zealot's fire and Balth Spirit spread aggro and you don't have many skills that trigger zealot's, nor a knockdown for holy strike or decent blood magic for vamp touch.

I would suggest running the standard 55 necro builds, they get the job done much faster.

You cannot use runes for both smiting, blood and death. If you primary is necro, you can use the blood and death runes, if it is monk, you can use the smiting rune, only if it is mesmer are you able to hax.

No, Celestial Beaver was just stating that Mesmer's hex, not that they can use Necro runes or Necros can use Mez runes.

Only the primary profession can use runes. Even then, only those runes that can be used by all (such as rune of vigor) or specific to the primary class. So a Necro can use general runes (attunements and vigors as examples) and Necro runes. A primary necro cannot use a warrior rune, an elementalist rune, a monk rune, etc.

I'd suggest the Spoil victor build.Very popular and gets the job done in a decent amout of time...

I'd suggest learning some game basics before attempting to theory-out a build.
a) Runes from different professions
b) Disease as a way to damage while farming
c) Wasting your elite as a necro
d) Retribution in a low health build (I'm surprised nobody pointed this out yet btw)
e) 4 pips of regen for a 25% health sacrifice

All in all, I'd say it wouldn't work because you have no idea what you're doing.

f) Failure to make a low health build because it doesn't even have prot spirit, which means you'd die in one hit if you're a 55...

Just from my point (f), I KNOW it won't work. You'll either die in one hit if you're a 55 or die slowly without fast enough regen/health gain if you have normal health.

Not "hex"..."hax". I apologise for my somewhat confusing post. I was indeed joking...it was based on the typical wammo - mesmer stereotype whereby wammos claim mesmers "hax" by causing armor ignoring damage...thus if mesmers "hax" then they could "hax" themselves some runes from another profession.

Just to clarify Mesmers HaXing is basically a reference to them "cheating" because warriors dont like the fact something can defeat them.

Ah... that is the origin of "hax"ing. I've seen that word used when Mesmers are mentioned, I just thought it was a typo used by people. Good to know.

Well.. that and Mesmers can get the skill that uses their Illusion attribute instead of a skill's main attribute. That's sort of "haxing" within the limits of the game mechanic, I suppose. Maybe I'm babbling...
